Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how users can delete their Giveaway Picker data, what is removed from the app, and how to fully disconnect Meta access.

Delete Data Inside the App

If you can still access your Giveaway Picker account, sign in and open the Settings page. In the 'Delete your data' section, click 'Delete my data' and confirm the deletion request.

This in-app flow is the fastest way to remove your data from Giveaway Picker.

What Gets Deleted

When you confirm deletion, Giveaway Picker removes your stored app profile, synced Facebook Page and Instagram Business account metadata, saved giveaway history, and active session data maintained by this app.

Firebase Authentication access for your app account is also deleted as part of the process.

What Is Not Deleted Automatically

Deleting your Giveaway Picker data does not delete your Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, posts, comments, or other assets stored on Meta platforms.

To fully revoke the app’s Meta access, also remove Giveaway Picker from Facebook Business Integrations after deleting your app data.

If You Cannot Access the App

If you cannot sign in, email info@offrain.ee and request data deletion for Giveaway Picker. Include the email address or Facebook account identifier you used with the app so the request can be matched to the correct account.

Manual deletion support is provided for users who no longer have in-app access.

Meta Disconnection Steps

After deleting your app data, open your Facebook settings and remove Giveaway Picker from Business Integrations if you want Meta to revoke the app’s permissions immediately.

This ensures the app can no longer request fresh data from your connected Meta business assets.
