This page explains what Giveaway Picker collects, how it uses Meta, Firebase, and PostHog data, and how users can request deletion or revoke access.

Information We Collect
Giveaway Picker collects the information required to authenticate users and run giveaway workflows. This can include your display name, email address, Facebook user ID, connected Facebook Page metadata, linked Instagram Business account metadata, selected posts, comments loaded for a giveaway, and saved giveaway history.
If Meta provides an access token for the authorized experience, the token is stored server-side in encrypted form and is never exposed directly to other end users.
How We Use Information
We use this information to sign you in, sync your connected Pages and Instagram Business accounts, fetch posts and comments you choose to work with, and save giveaway history that belongs to your account.
We use PostHog analytics to understand product usage patterns, improve reliability, and guide feature development. We do not sell your personal information or app data to third parties.
Data is used only for operating, supporting, and improving the giveaway management features of this application.
Storage and Security
Authentication and application data are stored using Firebase services. Sensitive tokens are encrypted before being stored. Reasonable technical safeguards are used to protect stored information, but no service can guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for keeping your own account credentials secure and for revoking access if you no longer want the application to access your Meta assets.
Analytics
Giveaway Picker uses PostHog to collect product analytics such as page views, feature interactions, and aggregated usage patterns. This helps us understand how the service is used and where improvements are needed.
PostHog analytics are used for internal product and operational purposes only. We do not sell analytics data to third parties.
Meta Platform Data
Giveaway Picker accesses Meta Platform data only after you authorize the requested permissions. You can remove access at any time through Facebook Business Integrations or by contacting the application owner to request data deletion.
If you disconnect the app, future Meta requests will stop, but previously saved giveaway history may remain until deleted by the account owner or administrator.
Data Deletion Requests
You can delete your stored app data directly from the Settings area inside Giveaway Picker. That flow deletes your app profile, synced connected-account metadata, saved giveaway history, and app session data stored by this service.
After using the in-app deletion flow, you should also remove Giveaway Picker from Facebook Business Integrations if you want Meta to revoke the application’s access to your connected business assets.
If you need manual help with deletion, contact info@offrain.ee and include the email address or Facebook account identifier used to access the service.
