Giveaway Picker is provided for lawful giveaway management and related social media workflow tasks. By using the service, you confirm that you are authorized to access the connected Meta assets and that your use complies with applicable law and platform rules.

You may not use the service to violate Meta policies, abuse third-party data, or conduct fraudulent or deceptive activity.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide, the Meta assets you connect, and the actions taken through your account. You must maintain control of your sign-in credentials and promptly revoke access if you suspect unauthorized use.

Third-Party Platforms

This service depends on third-party services including Meta, Firebase, and PostHog. Availability, permissions, analytics behavior, and data access may change if those services change their policies, APIs, or operational status.

The application operator is not responsible for outages, permission denials, or policy actions caused by third-party platforms.

No Guarantee of Results

The service is provided on an as-is basis. While reasonable efforts may be made to ensure accurate comment loading and winner selection, the operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete data retrieval, or suitability for any specific business or legal purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Giveaway Picker will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including data loss, analytics outages, API restrictions, or account access issues.

Termination

Access to the service may be suspended or terminated if use violates these terms, applicable law, or platform requirements. You may stop using the service at any time by using the in-app data deletion flow, revoking Meta access, and discontinuing use of the application.
